Bookburgh Books is an independent community bookstore located in the beautiful North Country of northern New York. We feature a wide variety of new, used and bargain books, as well as gift items, maps and accessories. Our art gallery showcases the work of local artists, and we feature a large selection of books by local authors. Our local/regional/Adirondacks collection is one of the best in the area! I visited this store today and it was the best experience in a book store I’ve ever had. The gentleman who assisted me was very knowledgable and we had a great conversation. He had just sold the last copy of the book I went in to buy, but gave me some other great options.
This is truly a nice little bookstore to stop by and see what they have. The two who run the store are always helpful and very personable. The selection is always rotating and interesting. The local selection is always good as well.
